Hark Therapy - Here to listen
Welcome - I'm Catherine, an integrative counsellor based in Alton, Hampshire.
I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply need someone to listen without judgment. Compassionate, confidential counselling delivered online and face-to-face from my Hampshire studio, so you can focus on healing and growth—wherever life takes you.
It’s all about you
In our sessions together, it truly is all about you. This is your time—a rare opportunity in our busy lives to focus entirely on yourself without guilt or apology.
You won't need to worry about anyone else's feelings, meet anyone else's expectations, or put on a brave face. Here, you can be completely honest about how you're really feeling, what you're really thinking, and what you're really going through.
Your story matters, your pain matters, and your healing matters.
Let’s work together
Working together means exactly that—this is a partnership, not something done to you or for you. I won't tell you what to do or how to fix things, because you are the expert on your own life.
My role is to walk alongside you, to listen deeply, to help you explore your feelings and experiences, and to support you in finding your own answers.
We'll work at your pace, following what feels most important to you. Whatever unfolds, we'll navigate it together with compassion, honesty, and a shared commitment to your wellbeing.
Why Hark? - Hark means ‘to listen’ and that is exactly what I do.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating difficult relationships, processing past experiences, or facing life transitions, I'm here to support you.
Using a blend of counselling approaches tailored to your unique needs, I create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your feelings, unburden yourself, and work towards healing and positive change.
